Returns & Exchanges Policy

The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, to withdraw in writing from the purchase by sending an email to info@nooswear.com declaring their withdrawal from the Company, or by submitting electronically the relevant withdrawal form.

However, the buyer is obliged to cover the cost/expense of returning the product to the Company’s headquarters at Platonos 3, 16777 Helliniko, Attica. In this case, the Company will refund the buyer within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, to the bank account indicated by the buyer, reserving the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received back (Article 3θ, para. 3 of Law 2251/1994, as amended). For a valid withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear.

Returns may be carried out via courier.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

If the product arrives damaged, please notify the Company (tel. 2130 414 555) within 8 hours of receipt, either by phone or by email to info@nooswear.com,
including a photo of the product, so that the Company can assume responsibility.

Otherwise, the return cannot be processed. Return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

It is essential that the product be in its original packaging and that the proof of purchase be included in the return parcel.

During the return process, you may choose either a credit to your account for a new or future purchase or a refund to the bank account you have specified.
