Returns Policy
The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, to withdraw in writing from the purchase by sending an email to
info@nooswear.com clearly stating their withdrawal from the Company,
or by submitting electronically the relevant withdrawal form, with the obligation to cover the cost of returning the product to the Company’s headquarters at Vyzantiou 6, 16562 Glyfada, Attica. In this case, the Company will refund the buyer within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice to the bank account indicated by the buyer, reserving the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received back (Article 3θ, para. 3 of Law 2251/1994, as amended). For a valid withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear.
Returns may be carried out via courier.
Defective Product Returns
If the product arrives damaged, please notify the Company (tel. 210 9631 100) within 8 hours of receipt, either by phone or by email to info@nooswear.com, including a photo of the product, so that the Company can assume responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the Company. The product must be in its original packaging, and the proof of purchase must be included in the return parcel.
During the return process, you may choose either a credit to your account for a new or future purchase or a refund to the bank account you have specified.
Availability
Availability is indicated on each product page. In any case, the online store will not accept an order, and no payment will be charged, if the product is not available.
